Chair Yoga Begins Week of June 2
Chair Yoga is a class specifically designed and instructed for people who have had injuries or who have chronic conditions, weight challenges, inflexibility or have difficulty with the physical requirements of floor exercise.
This class includes regular yoga poses that your instructor, Jamie Anderson, will adapt and modify specifically for you. The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of your body, allowing you to take full advantage of yoga’s amazing fitness and health potential.

Hot Yoga TBD
Hot Yoga is a yoga class done in a very warm setting. The advantages are increased muscle flexibility and body purification. Toxins are released from the body with the warm room temperature and perspiration. Hot Yoga is based on the style of Power Vinyasa Yoga where students move consistently from one pose to another. While moving from pose to pose, participants utilize the principles of alignment, the practice of personal awareness and the breath. Classes are designed at the intermediate level.

Stop Smoking TBD
Hypnosis works at eliminating the desire to smoke, whether it is from identification or replacement, the two principel reasons for smoking. This class includes a lecture on hypnosis and the process, as well as time spent under hypnosis. 7:00-9:00 pm

Tai Chi Begins Week of June 2
Tai Chi and QiGong are ancient Chinese exercises that use the breath, mind, and gentle movements to create a meditation in motion which enhances overall physical health. These practices have been scientifically proven to: improve cardiovascular fitness, lower blood pressure, relieve chronic osteoarthritis & joint pain, increase energy (Chi), improve one’s ability to manage stress, and enhance one’s overall sense of well being.
You will learn the Yang 24 Form of Tai Chi and the Eight Pieces of Brocade QiGong form from Mr. Robin Barto, a Master Martial Arts instructor with over 45 years of experience.

The Vitality Series Begins Week of June 2
A 4-week series that provides you with breathing and visualization techniques for removal of deeply rooted accrued stress and tension in the body. Learn to calm your nervous system, restore balance to the mind and to let go of being emotionally reactive to external situations. These tools & techniques will restore, rejuvenate and re-energize you giving you a greater sense of peace and calmness to navigate your hectic lifestyle.

PreNatal Water Begins Week of June 2
This is an exercise class for women who have completed their first trimester of pregnancy. A health care provider's clearance is required.
