Pilates - 6 Weeks to a Healthy Back - TBD
This class is designed to strengthen the back, abs and core muscles of the torso. This class is for people who have a weak back or for someone who has an interest in Pilates exercises. Most exercises are done on the mat. Tuesdays, 5:30 – 6:30 pm. Members: $24; Nonmembers: $70
*All classes are one hour in length. There are no refunds for a class once you sign up for that class. There are no refunds for any canceled classes, missed classes or rescheduled classes. Once the instructor closes the door, no one will be permitted to enter late. No refunds will be given to those who arrive late. There are no refunds for any packages purchased.
