As a LifeWorks member, you enjoy over 90 free classes, seven days a week with certified fitness professionals. You can take as many classes as you want, and try new classes whenever you want.
Our newest classes are Water Pilates and Iron Body. You also can enjoy classes like Zumba®, Spinning®, Ball Conditioning, Yoga, Pilates and Go H2O, which are all especially designed for you to get results and have fun.
