LifeWorks members enjoy over 85 complimentary weekly classes, seven days a week. Since it is included in membership, there is no need to worry about signing up for a session, to feel limited or to worry if you miss a class.

We have something for everyone: Zumba®, Spinning®, muscle conditioning, ball conditioning, step, yoga, Pilates mat, Go H2O, deep water, BodyForce, warm water arthritis classes and many more.

All of our land classes are held in one of our two beautiful studios. Both studios have full length mirrors and most importantly wooden suspended floors for comfort and safety. Our Warm Water classes are held in a therapy pool of 91 - 93 degrees.
